Consuelo Imaz Villar holds a degree in Chemical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and Cultural Anthropology from the National University of Distance Education. Her specialties are the chromatographic techniques (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry). She has participated in several research studies that have been published and presented in journals and conferences which focus on chromatography. Since 2016 she has been working in the Research and Training Area of the Spanish Cultural Heritage Institute, where she collaborates with the application of different analytical techniques in the study of cultural assets and the monitoring of their interventions. She is also currently participating in various research projects.
