Between Byzantium and the West: materials, techniques and artistic processes of the Skylitzes Matritensis
The aim of the meeting is to present the results of the lab-technical analyses carried out at the IPCE on the BNE manuscript, VITR/26/2, and compare them to other similar experiences undertook by the Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, or in countries such as Cyprus and Germany.
